Did you know???
Our Providers and Staff don't always know when you have been admitted to the hospital. BUT~ we DO want to know! Even if you give our name when you are admitted, we are not always notified. You can help us out. If you are ever admitted to the hospital over night for any reason just send us a message through the secure Patient Portal or give us a call. You can even leave a message after normal office hours. This way we can start preparing for your discharge and make sure we have all of the information you need to make the transition back to home!

|Dr. Williams and Dr. Black focus on patient care in the office setting. While they do no care for patients when they are hospitalized, they both maintain their affiliation with Samaritan Medical Center as Community Active Staff Members. When patients are hospitalized they are cared for by the Hospitalist Program at SMC. These doctors focus all of their care on hospitalized patients. Once patients are discharged from the hospital they return to our office for follow up. |
